|
|
Occasionally, while listening to music on my Sansa e250, the audio
will drop from one ear for a short time. Eventually, it will start
playing the music in stereo again. The only way I've discovered to
fix it (without waiting for it to fix itself) is to skip to the next
song, and it will resume stereo playback.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to keep this from
happening? |

What are your equalizer settings? This has been associated with using the
custom equalizer, especially with having the settings too high. Why this
is, I don't know.

Yeah, this is a problem with the current firmware (1.02.15A) and the custom |
equalizer. I found that if I select the Music Options then Music EQ, then
briefly select a different equalizer pre-set while I am playing the track
that dropped the channel, it will restore stereo and I can then select
custom again without losing the channel. Or, like you did, just go to the
next track, but the same track will probably drop a channel again so if you
want to ever hear it "normally", then you can just do the eq shuffle. (at
least until the next firmware upgrade).

Hey thanks! I simply turned the EQ off completely. I can live without
it. If a tune sounds just terrible I'll put on full bass or something.
